Yes, it is in the 20s here and winter is in full force. Last Friday, I woke up at 3 in the morning to feed Tate and practically beat my touch lamp to death before realizing the power was out. Jeremy and his dad didn't go to work because it was still out at 6 and because we are on well/septic there was also no water, heat etc. (My brother in law said to Jeremy: So, you didn't go to work because you couldn't take a shower? Haha..yep) We bundled up (although the house stayed in the 60s) and the power didn't come on until almost 1 in the afternoon!! It was kind of a fun day though- makes you appreciate what you have. I wanted to make good use of my "down" time- sewing? Nope. Digital Scrapbooking? Not so much... So, we SAT and talked.
We also had someting else exciting happen- yes, Wasilla, AK now has a Target! My sister and I went last Wednesday night and salivated all over.. we felt like we had gone on a mini-vacation when we came out of there. Target is one of my favorite places to go when I go to the "Lower 48".
Tate is now 4 months old- I can't believe it. We tried rice cereal on Friday- which went over like a ton of bricks. If he actually did swallow any of it-- it was purely luck. He is just as smiley and wiggly as can be:

That is the cutest pic of Tate!! I love it he is so happy most of the time. Unless he has been good at Target for over an hour and he is hungry!! = )
wow that is lot of snow.....
Oh i so love target.. I have two targets next to my house:)
Target is serious reason to celebrate! Wow, the 20's, huh? We have just broken out our light jackets here this week. :)
Congrats on Target, love it. Tate is too cute.
Tate is adorable. He is getting so big! For some reason, I love it when the power goes out. Reminds me of getting snowed in from school I guess. And I love the little snowman:)
We got snow on Sat/ and Sunday too!! I am excited for it though because all of my maternity clothes that actually fit me now are my sweaters and hoodies! (of course now it is back up in the 60's and 70's! and all the snow is melted) But it was enough to give me a "taste" of winter! That is awesome that you got a Target! We still don't have one here in good ol' Cedar! I miss that store!
BTW- Tate looks like a little doll!! What a cutie!!
The snow looks soooo fun!!! I love Target!!!! Home away from home! :)
I can't believe he is 4 months old already! So adorable! We're in the 20's also - but celcius!!! I sooo miss Target - there is nothing like it here :(
Tate is just as cute as can be! I can't believe you were without power for that long! BRRRRR. I would be freezing! I think it's getting cold here and it's still in the 80's during the day. but at night I get cold when I come out to nurse Katelyn.
