Snug as a Bug...

These two have a surprising amount in common:
-Both like Dog Beds and neither refuses to move when the other wants to be on it at the same time
-Both depend on the same two people to feed them
-Both like to chew on dog toys
-Both hate baths
-Both eat food off of the floor
-Or Not Food
-Both can be stinky

And best of all:
-Both will be a great friend for the other.

Here is the recipe. It is huge, you can half or quarter the recipe for 4 people. I like to use white cheddar also.
Broth:
2 Large cans chicken broth
1 onion sliced
fresh rosemary
fresh basil
garlic
salt
pepper

put it all in a fondue pot and let it boil while cooking meat
You can use chicken, shrimp, steak, lobster, etc. with all the dipping
sauces

Cheese:
start with:
1 small can of chicken broth(or sparkling cider, apple juice, beer or wine, or cooking wine)
garlic
squirt of dijon mustard
pepper

Bring to a boil (about 350 degrees) then turn down to about 200 degrees for
the remainder of the time

Add,
1 pound sharp chedder
1 pound mild chedder
(grate all the cheese and coat it with flour, do not use the pre-shredded
cheese-it won't stick together because of the preservatives.)

Stir it all together and slowly add 1 more can of chicken broth until you
like the consistency of the fondue. If your cheese begins to get stringy,
raise the temperature and stir for a little bit until it looks good again
and then lower the temp. again. It can be tricky but you'll figure it out.
The most important thing is to make sure the chicken broth is at a boil
before you add the cheese. This helps the cheese to stay good.

Use yummy breads, broccoli, zuchinni, and whatever else sounds good to you

Chocolate:
1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 small box (i think it is 1 pint) heavy whipping cream (sometimes you don't
need the all of the whipping cream, it makes it too runny. I would add this
last)
1/2 can of sweetened condensed milk
a little bit of vanilla

Heat on warm only. Do not let it get too hot or boil. It will ruin it.

Use bananas, strawberries, pineapple, marshmellows, eclairs, creme puffs,
strawberry cheesecake bars (the philadelphia ones in the cream cheese
section are the best), and anything else yummy that you can think of.

Ok the first recipe is a broth recipe, not cheese. But I bet you already figured that out.
