Big News...

My wedding- San Diego temple- Feb. 7, 2004
My sister Holly is engaged! True to Mormon culture, they have not been dating long. But they have known eachother since high school, if that makes it any better;) They are getting married in the Manti Temple (That's right Becky and Mica... I'm coming down!!) on September 1st. I am so excited for her, they are just so cute together. I went dress shopping with her and it made me miss the whole wedding/marraige excitement. I think I may be the over-bearing sister as I keep calling her with ideas, tips and things she has to do! I told her I may never have daughters, so give me a break!
Turns out Jack just had a bug bite on his ear. I didn't know that a bug bite could cause cauliflower ear, but whatever.
I am also making a quilt for Holly's wedding, I so wish I could post the fabric I've choosen and the pattern (SOOOO NOT your grandmother's quilt) but she reads this blog sometimes when she's exhausted all other options of what to do with all her spare time.
Congrats Holly, I love you!!

Cute pic of you two on your wedding day! How exciting! I'm with you, I know I will never have a girl so I have to live out all of those fantasies through my sisters too! My SIL was married in the Manti temple in the tower room and it was gorgeous. Talk about a long walk up the stairs...I was worried about all the old people that were there, like they might need to consider having oxygen tanks at the top lol. Oh, and a drinking fountain.
